job responsibility

Handle incoming and outgoing call

explain clearly about skin and hair treatments to client

Generate leads through outbound and inbounds calls

schedule appointments with doctor

maintain daily call records, lead status and appointment data

convert enquiries into clinic vists and appointments

requirement

Good communication skill in English, Hindi and telugu

Telecalling/call center experience preferred

Exprience in a skin and hair aesthetic or healthcare clinic will be added advantage

Basic computer/CRM knoweledge

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
