Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and after-sales support.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order-related queries.

Update customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM/system.

Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Salary – 18k -22K Negotiable

Shifts – Only day shifts from 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

All Sunday fixed OFF

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
