Key Responsibilities

Ensure superior in-store and post-sale customer experience
Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service gaps
Drive customer delight initiatives and service standards
Handle critical escalations within TAT
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts & Operations teams
Reduce repeat complaints and improve closure quality
Implement CX SOPs across showroom
Ensure adherence to billing, delivery, and service commitments
Standardize customer handling processes
Analyze feedback, Customer Satisfaction reviews
Identify patterns & improvement areas & recommend suitable suggestions
Ensure seamless customer journey

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
