Back-Office Coordinator (Pure Email Support – No Cold Calling)
We are a leading provider of B2B corporate power backup and lighting solutions (UPS, Inverters, and LED lights). We are looking for a detailed-oriented Back-Office Executive to handle written email communications with our corporate clients. This is a 100% official desk job with no cold calling, no sales targets, and no night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Communication
- Draft and reply to professional business emails for corporate clients regarding quotes, orders, and delivery timelines.
- Client Coordination
- Act as the bridge between the on-field sales team and corporate clients via email.
- Data Management
- Maintain clear records of client inquiries and orders using basic MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Order Tracking
- Follow up internally on product dispatch dates and update clients proactively over email.Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.A, B.B.A, B.Sc) or Under-Graduate with relevant experience. Freshers with good writing skills are welcome!
- Language Skills
- Good written English is mandatory. Must be able to compose clear, grammatically correct corporate emails.
- Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail/Outlook.
- Traits
- Professional attitude, punctual, and organized.
