Key Responsibilities

Maintain CRM

Costings - SIC / PVT / Groups

Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
Prepare day-wise operation sheets / service vouchers

Monitor ongoing tours (FIT & groups) in real-time

Handle last-minute changes or emergencies

7. Work closely with sales team and overseas agents

Respond to queries regarding operations, availability, and changes

Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Cross-check bookings before tour starts

Ensure service standards are maintained

Collect feedback and resolve complaints

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience

Travel planning: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
