About this job
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling and resolving day-to-day customer queries across all relevant communication channels, including email, while ensuring a prompt, professional, and customer-focused experience. The role will also include managing the DHL portal to generate AWBs and coordinate documentation for daily shipments. In addition, the executive will support inventory management activities, including maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movements, and assisting with regular stock checks.
