Job Responsibilities

Manage backend booking operations, including new bookings, cancellations, and amendments.

Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.

Handle booking-related queries and resolve issues within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate booking records and update systems regularly.

Coordinate with partners regarding availability, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.

Follow company SOPs and maintain high service-quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in backend operations, travel operations, reservations, customer support, or a related field.

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).

Good computer skills and ability to work on multiple systems.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
