About the Role
We offer specialized, nationwide-recognized life-saving and emergency healthcare courses designed specifically for BAMS & BHMS students and practicing doctors. We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to connect with medical students and practitioners, present our accredited emergency clinical skills programs, and drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads (BAMS & BHMS students and practicing doctors).
Effectively explain the course curriculum, clinical value, nationwide recognition, and certification details.
Address technical/program queries, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Track call status, follow-ups, and prospective leads using a CRM or tracking sheet.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in tele-sales, educational counseling, or healthcare/course sales.
- Communication
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills in both Hindi and English.
- Closing Skills
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting conversion/sales targets.
- Setup
- Must have a laptop/smartphone, reliable internet connection, and a quiet home office environment.
