Backend Executive

Job Profile

• Handle day-to-day backend operations and team coordination
• Provide regular support to the existing sales team
• Coordinate with customers for documentation, follow-ups and policy-related requirements
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Track leads, applications and pending cases
• Coordinate with Insurance \& Mutual Fund teams
• Maintain customer records and MIS reports
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams
• Assist the team in completing business processes smoothly

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Office / Excel knowledge preferred
• Responsible, organised and target-oriented
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
