Customer Support Representative : Financial Services Operations

About the role

ProElevate by ProGrowth Marketing Services (www.proelevate.ai) is an AI and growth services firm working with US clients across financial services, insurance, and banking domains. We are expanding our Bangalore operations team.

You will handle customer operations for a US financial services program—insurance document processing, document verification, data processing, and client correspondence—working with our AI-assisted processing system.

What you will do

Handle inbound requests from US clients and move them to completion within turnaround times

Process insurance and financial documents, verifying every detail—dates, names, amounts, signatures—before anything goes out

Flag expired, missing, or mismatched documents early

Keep CRM and records accurate and up-to-date

Write clear, professional emails to US clients

What we are looking for

Excellent written and spoken English

Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce, finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, economics, or similar)

2+ years in customer support or operations with a US-based financial services firm (insurance, banking, lending, or a captive/BPO serving US financial clients)

Strong interest in financial services as a career

High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines

Comfortable working with AI tools and modern software

Working arrangements

Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Onsite at our HSR Layout office, Bangalore
