Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of one retail meat store.

Key Responsibilities

Manage store operations, staff, sales and customer service.

Supervise and coordinate store team and handle staff/customer issues.

Monitor stock, pricing, wastage, product rotation and availability.

Ensure proper product display, cleanliness and store hygiene.

Handle POS, billing, cash, card and digital payments and daily reconciliation.

Check transactions, stock balances and report discrepancies.

Handle customer complaints, returns and exchanges.

Cross-sell products, promote offers and achieve sales targets.

Maintain store administration and daily reports.

Ensure smooth store operations when cashier or other staff are unavailable.

Coordinate with management for stock, pricing and operational requirements.

Requirements

Experience in retail/store management, cashier or sales.

Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Good communication, teamwork and time-management skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving ability.

Responsible for sales, cash and stock control.

Experience in food, grocery, FMCG or meat retail is an advantage.
