Role Overview & Responsibilities
Patient Guidance: Assist patients with registration, appointments, admissions, billing, and discharge processes across Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) floors.
Grievance Handling: Listen to patient complaints, document issues, and resolve conflicts or escalate critical feedback to hospital administration.

- Conduct daily floor or room rounds and follow-up calls to gauge satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Department Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between patients, clinical teams, and non-clinical departments.
