- E-commerce Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Order confirmation and COD verification.
- Abandoned cart recovery through calls and WhatsApp.
- Delhivery shipment tracking and delivery follow-ups.
- Remittance tracking and payment updation.
- Maintaining order, delivery, and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Training
- Initial one-week training will be provided by our team.
- Main Goal
- Increase order conversions, reduce RTOs, improve successful deliveries, and ensure accurate remittance records.
- Pay
- ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
