Experience Required

- Min. 10 yrs of Experience In Automobile Sales and Sales Team Handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, Onboard Supporting, and coach showroom sales executives.
• Performance Tracking: Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deal Structuring: Assist sales staff in closing high-value deals and negotiating final prices.
• Showroom Operations: Oversee vehicle merchandising, physical display presentation, and digital listings.
• Lead Management: Track footfalls, test-drive conversion rates, and digital customer enquiries.
• Financial Oversight: Maximize profit margins on vehicle units, finance options, and insurance attachments.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with the finance team for loans and the service workshop for pre-delivery inspections.
• Reporting: Compile and present sales forecasts and performance KPIs to dealership owners \& Sales Head.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
