Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecollection Executive. The role involves customer communication and telecalling activities related to collections.

Eligibility

Candidates with prior telecalling experience will be preferred

Both DRA and Non-DRA candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers as part of the telecollection process

Communicate with customers professionally and clearly

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information

Maintain accurate customer and call records

Achieve assigned calling and collection targets

Follow company processes, quality standards, and collection guidelines

Salary & Incentives

₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Comfortable speaking in at least one of the required regional languages

Willingness to work in a target-oriented telecalling environment
