Job Responsibilitiee

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Update customer details in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Share daily calling and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer, and CRM.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Telecalling/Sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
