Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to used car loans

Collect and verify client details and documents

Maintain records of client interactions

Coordinate with the backend team for loan processing

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Ability to handle conversations confidently and politely
