Customer Relationship Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome VIP and regular customers with a smile
• Enrol customers to loyalty program—help customer enrolments, points updates, and redemptions
• Handle customer complaints—listen, resolve, or escalate if necessary
• Get customer feedback \& daily report to store manager
• Coordinate home delivery—order taking, manage dispatch tracking on system
• Manage special orders and bulk order requests \& follow-ups
• WhatsApp/SMS updates to registered customers – coordinate with the marketing team
• Maintain customer database
• Support store events—customer invitations \& registration
• Act as liaison between customer and store departments

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
