Online Sales Associate

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive online sales by converting inquiries into purchases through personalized assistance and follow-ups.
• Provide styling or product guidance to enhance the customer shopping experience (especially for fashion/luxury brands).
• Manage and process online orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Track orders and proactively update customers on delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related queries efficiently.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain brand trust and loyalty.
• Maintain customer data, order records, and interactions in CRM systems.
• Assist customers throughout the online shopping journey, improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs.
• Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and user experience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
