TELECALLING & OUTDOOR FIELD SALES - FRESHERS CAN APPLY

Job Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential students, parents, institutions, and business partners.

Conduct field visits(DOOR TO DOOR ), promotional activities, and client meetings to generate leads.

Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective customers.

Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions/business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with outdoor/field work and local travel.

Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Bengali and English communication preferred.

Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
