Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing of agro products, raw materials, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, packaging materials, and other supplies as required.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with stores, inventory, accounts, and production teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Follow up with vendors for deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
• Verify supplier quotations, invoices, and purchase bills.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation.
• Ensure purchases meet the required quality standards and company policies.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
