JOB DESCRIPTION

• To arrange the required number of vendors and drivers as per the contract requirement.

• To hand over the yellow books to the drivers well before the beginning monthly service cycle.

• To collect log sheets (duly complete in all aspects) and vendor bills.

• Bill submission to client and taking receiving.

• To focus on payment from corporate and accordingly ensuring payment details.

• To periodically inspect the vehicles and accordingly raise job request if required.

• To attend regular meetings and attending calls from client/vendors \& Drivers.

• To take initiative for the sale of OLD vehicles.

• To make the vendors understand about the vehicle finance scheme and also to groom them about the quality of service they are supposed to render.

• To escalate any unresolved issue to Team Manager.

• To do the physical verification of vendors and drivers

• To provide the attendance of drivers.

• To handover the list of vehicles to the concerned team for state tax deduction.

• To ensure VTMS (Internal Software) is updated against rebooking or any other change.

• To ensure handover/ takeover of vehicles is done.

• To coordinate with H.O.D Finance for old outstanding.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Fleet Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-5 years in fleet management (car rental). Familiarity with fleet management software, payment tracking systems, and vehicle inspection protocols.

• Proven track record of handling operational issues and finding quick resolutions.

• Strong understanding of delivering high-quality service to corporate clients.

• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to recognize when repairs are needed.

• Knowledge of billing, vendor payments, and financial schemes for vendors.

• Understanding of state tax regulations and compliance related to fleet operations.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
