Customer Service Team Leader

• Lead and supervise the counseling team to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are met.
• Guide students on study abroad programs, admissions, and visa procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support counselors in handling student cases.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of student applications.
• Resolve student and parent queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Organize promotional activities, seminars, and student recruitment drives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and quality standards.
