Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Trainee to support our day-to-day mutual fund operations and learn the processes involved in client servicing, transaction processing, documentation, and operational coordination. This role is suitable for a fresher looking to build a career in financial services and mutual fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in mutual fund transactions, SIP registrations, redemptions, and related operational processes.

Support client documentation, KYC verification, and record maintenance.

Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and internal teams for transaction-related queries and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate client data and update operational records and reports.

Assist in resolving transaction discrepancies and tracking pending requests.

Ensure timely processing of requests and adherence to internal procedures.

Learn and follow the company's operational systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or a related field; freshers are welcome.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.

Ability to follow processes accurately and manage tasks within timelines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Interest in mutual funds and the financial services industry.

Preferred

NISM Series V-A certification or willingness to obtain it.
