Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Dispatch for timely delivery.
Prepare quotations and follow up on pending orders and payments.
Coordinate customer complaint resolution with relevant departments.
Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP and prepare MIS reports.

- Good communication, customer handling, coordination, MS Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge.
