We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage daily office activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Respond to customer messages, explain products, share quotations, and follow up on orders.

Coordinate customer orders, payments, production updates, and delivery schedules.

Assist in managing the owner's daily schedule, appointments, reminders, and administrative tasks.

Maintain customer records, order details, and basic office documentation.

Coordinate with the production team and ensure timely communication with customers.

Assist with social media enquiries and basic business coordination.

Eligibility & Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.

Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply; experience will be an added advantage.
