Registered Staff Nurse

• Provide nursing care to patients as per their clinical needs and treatment plan.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes in the patient's condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and required documentation.
• Ensure proper patient identification before medication, procedures, and sample collection.
• Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management practices.
• Maintain proper hand hygiene and patient-safety precautions.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Check emergency equipment, medicines, and supplies as assigned.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing colleagues, and other departments.
• Report incidents, medication errors, or safety concerns promptly as per hospital protocol.
• Participate in nursing training, quality improvement, audits, and hospital initiatives.
• Perform other nursing responsibilities assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Supervisor.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
