JOB DESCRIPTION – GENERAL MANAGER

Position

General Manager (for females only)

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Annual Package

Up to ₹5.40 LPA

Experience Required

Minimum 3 Year

Qualification

MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed college is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall day-to-day business and office operations.

• Coordinate between management, HR, administration, accounts, and operational teams.

• Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.

• Handle recruitment coordination and support management in building an effective team.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

• Ensure assigned projects and tasks are completed within deadlines.

• Conduct team meetings and follow up on pending work.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and other business associates.

• Assist senior management in planning, decision-making, and business development.

• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.

• Maintain professional standards and smooth communication across departments.
