If the customer is intend to buy, Show the correct size , Color and explain the Benefits and features of the product.

Brief on the related products and Focus on Cross Selling.

Once Sale is closed, request the Showroom In charge/ Assistant charge to bill and Pack it Accordingly.

To hand over the product with the duly signed bill to the customer.

To inform the Showroom in charge/ Assistant Showroom In charge, if there is a Discrepancy in the Quantity,Size or any other mismatch in the products or on the bill.

Verify the incoming stock for any defects, and inform the Showroom In charge/ Assistant Showroom In charge to store the received items.

To inform the Showroom in charge/ Assistant Showroom in charge when there are customer Complaints.

Manage showroom in the absence of Showroom Incharge/ Assistant Showroom In charge.
