Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in purchasing materials as per company requirements.

Contact suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and compare prices.

Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).

Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability.

Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and related documents.

Coordinate with the Stores, Accounts, and Production Departments for material requirements.

Support vendor development and maintain good supplier relationships.

Verify invoices and delivery documents in coordination with the Accounts and Stores teams.

Prepare purchase reports and update procurement records.

Pay
