• Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound sales calls.

• Promote and sell travel products, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, domestic and international tours, and other travel services.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.

• Requirements

• Target-oriented with good communication and convincing skills.

• A proven sales track record is preferred for experienced candidates.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Prior experience in telecalling, travel sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
