  • Map, Engage with the top 50–70 architecture and interior design firms across Punjab in the first three months
  • Conduct aesthetic brand presentations, focusing on product minimalism, acoustic performance, and spatial versatility without over-complicating raw technical specifications.
  • Complete a minimum of 12 validated, face-to-face exploratory meetings per month with principal architects or senior interior designers.
  • Organize and execute at least 2 "Design-and-Acoustics" brief presentation sessions per month at prominent design studios.
  • Catch leads of premium/ residential and commercial projects at the drawing-board stage. Obtain floor plans and capture client expectations.
  • Pass qualified leads to local distributors and system integrators within 24 hours and maintain a warm bridge between the influencer and the integrator.
  • Track luxury real estate trends, upcoming elite townships, and competitor activities within the region.
  • Engage with customers through Media Channels, Print, TV and Digital Media
  • Responsible to coordinate with the social media team and help design presentations for both print and all others.
  • Generate a minimum of 8 to 10 qualified project inquiries per month (defined as an active project where a floor plan or project scope sheet has been secured).
  • Maintain a strict 100% compliance rate for entering clean, detailed customer profiles and design challenges into the CRM before handoff.
  • Execute a seamless lead handoff to the designated regional system integrator or distributor within 24 hours of qualification.
  • Spend a minimum of 6 field days per month traveling outside the Chandigarh Tricity to conduct face-to-face meetings in Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and Amritsar.
  • Map out and connect with at least 5 luxury builder/developer offices handling high-end township clubhouses or premium society projects in Punjab per quarter.
