Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architecture and interior design sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Handle client enquiries and understand their project requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and company presentations.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and proposals to convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to provide suitable solutions to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve business development and sales targets.
• Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and project status.
• Generate new leads through networking, market visits, references, and professional contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in architecture, interior designing, construction, or related fields.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of interior design and project requirements.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with an effective sales pitch.
• Smart, confident, presentable, and professional while communicating with clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
