Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Merchant Marketing Executive to lead merchant acquisition, build strategic partnerships, manage the merchant marketing team, and drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchant acquisition and marketing strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with merchants.
• Lead and manage the merchant marketing team and achieve acquisition targets.
• Drive merchant onboarding, engagement, retention, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities through merchant partnerships.
• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and share regular reports with management.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in team management and target achievement.
• Strong understanding of field marketing and business development.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
