About this job
- Answer calls from clients who contact us through social media ads, references, or by visiting
our website.
- Contact and engage with clients who have submitted inquiries to understand their needs and
explain our services.
- Explain EMS training and other add-on services (ice bath, sauna, red light therapy, etc.).
- Provide detailed information about subscription packages and their benefits.
- Follow up with clients until they visit the studio of their choice.
- Provide clear guidance and assistance regarding studio locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer inquiries and related data in Excel and
Google Sheets.
- Report customer trial details and updates to the respective studio team leaders.
- Update and manage all client interactions properly in the CRM software.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
