Customer Service & Operations Executive

We're Hiring: Customer Services & Operations Freelancers | BCMSl, Noida

Looking for adaptable and customer-focused individuals based in Delhi or NCR to join our team in Noida and support our English & Exams business operations.

What you'll own

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across approved channels

Record keeping and data management in systems like Salesforce

Examination operations, candidate reconciliation, and test-day support

Administrative scheduling, reporting, and operational compliance

Freelance engagement based on business needs

What you bring

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers or up to 6 months of experience)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills

Noida, India (onsite, 24x7 operational environment/shifts — candidates from Delhi or NCR
