Receptionist

Welcome and attend to patients. Manage appointments and scheduling. Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries. Maintain patient records and files. Handle billing and payment collection. Coordinate with physiotherapists. Maintain front desk cleanliness and organisation. Good communication and basic computer skills required. Experience in reception or clinic management preferred.
