Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned projects.

Generate leads through channel partners (CPs), direct customers, referrals and other sources.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and booking closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners and prospective buyers.

Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups, site visits, conversions and sales closures.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and MIS updates.

Coordinate with the sourcing, pre-sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Ensure excellent customer service and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
