KRA
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on products and services.
- Monitor and analyze customer ratings and reviews across various platforms.
- Contact dissatisfied customers and work towards resolving their concerns.
- Convert negative ratings and feedback into positive customer experiences.
- Escalate unresolved complaints to relevant departments and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with management.
- Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive brand perception.
- Follow up with customers after resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on feedback, ratings, and complaint trends.
