Job Description

Panav Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations, invoice generation, and billing records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST billing, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.
• Handle daily billing entries and maintain accurate records.
• Generate invoices based on sales orders and dispatch details.
• Verify customer details, product rates, quantities, and GST calculations.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
• Handle GST billing and basic taxation-related entries.
• Reconcile billing data with sales and dispatch records.
• Prepare daily and weekly billing reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing activities.

Requirements

• Graduate or B.Com preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or billing operations.
• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and billing procedures.
• Strong numerical, data-entry, and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Trading industries will be preferred.
