Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Assist customers with property-related queries and project information.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer databases and enquiry records.
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and site teams for customer updates.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding documentation, payments, and possession updates.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily enquiry and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
