Pressman and Production Helper ki zaroorat hai. Hamein apni garment unit ke liye ek hardworking aur experienced Pressman and Production Helper ki zaroorat hai. Aapka kaam garments ko perfect tareeke se press karna hoga, aur free time me Quality Check (QC) and help karni hogi. Key Responsibilities (Aapka Kaam): Garment Pressing: Sabhi tarah ke kapdon ko steam iron ya normal iron se sahi tareeqe se press karna. Wrinkle-Free Finishing: Yeh ensure karna ki kapdon me koi crease ya wrinkle na rahe aur finishing top quality ki ho. Quality Check Assistance: Pressing ke baad kapdon ko dhyan se check karna ki kahi koi daag (stain), dhaga (thread), ya silai ki kharabi toh nahi hai. Defect Reporting: Agar kisi kapde me koi defect ya damage dikhe, toh turant supervisor ko batana. Packing Support: Kapdon ko sahi se fold karke packing department ki madad karna. Requirements (Qualifications): Experience: Garment factory, boutique, ya laundry me kam se kam 1-2 saal ka pressing/ironing ka experience hona chahiye. Skill: Steam iron chalane ki achhi samajh honi chahiye. Detail-Oriented: Kapdon ke chhote-mote defects (jaise dhaga nikalna ya dhappa) pehchane ki samajh. Punctuality: Time par aana aur apna daily target poora karna. Benefits / Perquisites: Monthly salary on time. Overtime (OT) ka paisa (agar applicable ho). Achha aur safe working environment.
