Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Assistant to manage complaint-related calls, queries, and communications. The ideal candidate will have language fluency in English \& Malayalam and experience in customer support or a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and chat inquiries

Key Responsibilities

Answer and resolve complaint-related calls and inquiries Process service requests and provide status updates to clients Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Respond to customer queries via email and chat Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions

Qualifications

Any Graduate / LLB

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to who are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
• Good proficiency inMalayalam/ Tamil/ English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
• Good email/mail handling and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to customer emails and coordinate with internal departments when required.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
