Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable pre-owned vehicles.

Lead Management

Promptly handle incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and schedule test drives.

Follow-up \& After-Sales: Maintain contact with potential buyers and support existing clients with vehicle documentation and after-sales service.

Issue Resolution

Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Data Maintenance

Maintain updated customer contact records and interaction logs.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales (Automotive background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
