Job Title

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries and support our travel sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Understand customers’ travel requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable options.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending customer responses.

Maintain accurate customer records and update enquiry status.

Assist customers with booking information and coordinate with internal teams.

Address customer concerns promptly and maintain positive customer relationships.

Collect customer feedback and support repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer relationship management preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
