Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff.
• Ensure high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Check cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals before and after each job.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and feedback.
• Maintain attendance, work reports, and daily service records.
• Report operational issues and equipment requirements to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision is preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to manage staff and complete work within scheduled time.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage

Pay

₹19,000.00 per month
