Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cook specialising in Chinese and North Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene. Knowledge of South Indian cuisine will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Chinese and North Indian dishes as per restaurant standards.
• Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations independently.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimise wastage, and assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Chinese and North Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese dishes, including fried rice, noodles, starters, and gravies.
• Experience preparing North Indian curries, breads, and other popular dishes.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy service hours.
• Knowledge of South Indian cuisine will be an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per operational requirements.

Preferred Candidate: A versatile, reliable cook with hands-on restaurant kitchen experience who can independently manage Chinese and North Indian food preparation.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
