Guest Service Associate

Job Title: Guest Service Associate – Night Shift Company: Moi Escapes – Villa Vara Location: Kaup, Udupi Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and well-groomed Guest Service Associate to manage evening and night operations at our premium luxury villa, Villa Vara. Key Responsibilities

• Handle dinner service, food orders and room service.
• Serve tea, coffee, snacks and other refreshments to guests.
• Assist guests with their requirements during evening and night hours.
• Handle late check-ins and early check-outs when required.
• Set up dining tables, serve meals and clear dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces and common areas.
• Monitor property security and ensure guest safety during night hours.
• Attend guest calls and coordinate with management when necessary.
• Assist with basic breakfast preparations and morning handover.
• Support other day-to-day villa operations as required. Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel, resort or villa hospitality preferred.
• Good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Responsible, punctual and capable of handling night operations independently.
