Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue, and support market growth. In this role, you will be responsible for client relationship management, and executing end-to-end sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy \& Execution: Develop and implement proactive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead Generation \& Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Pipeline Management: Handle the entire sales lifecycle—from initial email communication and strategic follow-ups to deal closure.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Dealer Development: Identify, onboarding, and supporting dealer networks to expand market presence.
• Reporting \& Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Economics/Business (BA), Science (B.Sc), or any graduate degree with relevant sales and marketing exposure.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Key Skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in email communications and follow-up management.
• Field sales experience and client networking abilities.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and reporting skills.

Pay

₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
