Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented COD Confirmation & Customer Support Executive to handle COD order confirmation calls, customer queries, courier/parcel tracking, and logistics-related issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and identifying recurring customer queries to improve response efficiency. Key Responsibilities Make COD confirmation calls to customers and confirm orders. Handle customer calls related to orders, delivery, and other queries. Manage and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Handle courier and parcel tracking and check parcel status across different courier partners. Coordinate and resolve logistics-related errors and issues. Maintain accurate records of COD confirmations and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners whenever required. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly. Escalate unresolved customer or logistics issues to the concerned team/manager.
